In my role working at Mercy I have had these leadership experiences:
- Lead patient scheduler over three disciplines and 23 therapists.
- Oversaw the closing of the clinic and lead the daily deposit for the clinic.
In my role working at Paycom I experienced these moments of leadership.
- Led the implementation of a new process to executing POA’s for our clients
- Worked with multiple departments to ensure clients were onboarded efficiently and timely as to not cause any payroll or tax issues.
- Selected as a test user for a potential new software they were wanting to implement to maximize employee efficiency.
Educational Background
In 2018, I graduated with my high school diploma from Putnam City North High School. While there, I completed nine college credit hours through concurrent enrollment at Oklahoma State University – OKC. After graduation, I completed four semesters at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where I was able to complete 60 credit hours of college work. Covid hit in 2020, which brought me back home to Oklahoma City. During the next 3 years, I worked full-time but decided to attend the University of Central Oklahoma as I could. I completed 16 credit hours during my time there. All of that work led me to where I am now, attending Southern Nazarene University. I have completed 33 credit hours but am completing the last six needed to graduate. I will have my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. This degree will open many doors for me and allow me to manage and lead others successfully.
